Wayne C. Arnett
Wayne C. Arnett has been practicing law since 1975, and possesses extensive experience in suing insurance companies for mistreating their insureds. Wayne has focused his career on cases involving insurance bad faith. Mark W. Arnett
Attorney Mark W. Arnett limits the bulk of his practice to insurance bad faith litigation and has participated in a number of jury trials, including representing plaintiffs in insurance bad faith cases involving punitive damages.
Like his brother before him, Mark also served on the Arizona State Law Journal in law school, before graduating cum laude in the top ten percent of his class. Through his service as counsel in numerous appellate cases involving bad faith and punitive damages, Mark has helped shape Arizona law.
After graduating in 1987, Mark spent one year doing insurance defense work at a large Phoenix law firm, O'Connor Cavanaugh. He practiced on his own for two years before his brother Wayne joined him in July of 1990.
Mark also brings his expertise as a filmmaker and producer to the firm, helping to create dynamic multimedia presentations which have proven effective in presenting cases in an accessible manner to juries and other judges of fact. Mark's independent documentary film, Baby Boomerang has won numerous awards at independent film festivals around the world.
